Before shipment, we provide a set of commonly used spare parts with the vehicle. These parts are intended for timely replacement during daily operation, helping customers avoid downtime caused by minor component issues.
For externally sourced equipment installed on the vehicle, such as stage lighting, audio systems, and LED screens, the warranty period is 2 years, subject to the warranty standards of the corresponding equipment manufacturers.
In most cases, customers can complete inspection, adjustment, or basic maintenance under our remote technical guidance.
If the issue cannot be handled locally by the customer and must be resolved on site by the manufacturer’s technical personnel, HUAYUAN can arrange engineers to provide repair support at the customer’s location.
Related labor, travel, and on-site service costs will be charged separately according to the actual situation.
